Duplicate Orders and Order Tracking
Our servers meticulously track your start count, which is the number of followers or engagement you have before the order begins. Additionally, we continuously monitor your ongoing count.
- If you place duplicate orders for the same service, and both orders are completed, we are unable to provide a refund for the duplicated order.
Example: If a user has 1000 Instagram followers (as the start count) and places two consecutive orders for 1000 followers each, our servers will identify the initial start count as 1000. They will then incrementally add followers until the count reaches 2000, at which point the order will be marked as completed. The second order, in this case, would not be eligible for a refund because it was a duplicate order.
Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to avoid placing duplicate orders for the same service, as we cannot be held liable for the consequences of such actions.

- Payment Method: You may request a refund to your original payment method for all payment types except PayPal payments.
- Refund Fees:

- Payment Amount of $200 or More: Refund requests for payments equal to or exceeding $200 will incur a refund processing fee equal to 25% of the refund amount.

- IP and Device Restriction: Additionally, non-closure of a dispute may lead to restrictions on your Wi-Fi, device, and local IP access.
- Blacklisting of Personal Information: Your personal information may be added to a blacklist in the event of unresolved disputes.
- Penalty Fee: To encourage prompt resolution and ensure fair practices, a penalty fee of $25 may be imposed in case of non-closure of a dispute.
- Closing a Dispute:
